2nd pair of these within the last 18 months. I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of these boots- the zipper, mesh, everything. As a Paramedic without a uniform allowance, it’s pretty sad when I have to put money towards Thorogood boots every year. I won’t be back.

Boots are extremely comfortable. No break in necessary!

Just got two pairs of these to replace style #634-6529 that is not made anymore. If these are as good a boot I will be very happy. I average 7-10 miles a day on concrete floors and my Thorogood’s were the most comfortable boot. I have ever had.I only got about 7 months out of my last pair before failure but they were still worth it. I hope to get more wear out of these but they feel great out of the box so we will see.

I love my new boots. Easy to wear right from the box. No problems with sore feet. I work for an ambulance service. This brand of boots always hold up well. Every pair I have gotten lasts for several years. Always support buying products made locally. Anyone considering new boots should definitely check these out. Plenty of locations where you can try them on so no returning back and worth through mail. Excellent product. Will never purchase any other brand. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Excellent warranty.

They are good boots. They are comfortable and durable.

I am 2 months shy of having the same pair of boots for 2 years. These boots are very comfortable and have worn very well. I wear these for 24 hour shifts and can not complain. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my feet and have a hard time finding a shoe of any kind that is comfortable. I hope these continue to be made and the quality continues as well. The toes are starting to show wear and the rubber is beginning to pull away from the tip of the toe. I was always a Rocky girl but they quit making my favorite boot so I decided to give these a try. As long as nothing changes I have been won over!

Went through 2 pairs in a little over a year, comfortable at first, but the where the axle portion is the material used is very poorly designed, the second under warranty pair wore out in less than 6 months. I will never buy these boots again, I had to pay $20 to ship them to Wisconsin, they never covered the shipping charge and the boots failed just like the first. 1 person in claims, I’m sorry, it was 2018 and 1 person for that company that is that big with that many orders. It took this company a month to ship me my warranty pair, never again. And their departments are extremely disorganized, I was passed on the phone to 3 other people when following up on where my replacements were. I’m sorry I drive a truck and work 68 to 75 hrs a week, I need a dependable boot. Stand by your products reliabilitand used quality materials in all your boots, not just the $200 pairs and up.

I recently bought these from a specialty boot store near Columbus, OH. I’d originally been looking for a specific boot from another company at a large national shoe retailer and after some dubious redirects to another location, I drove over to this store instead. The gentleman there was obviously very good at his job of fitting all kinds of work boots, and I settled on these based on the near-miraculous fit. Though I was initially dubious of exactly how well the waterproof yet non-insulated meshing was (I prefer temperature-neutral boots), winter weather has finally descended and the boots do a stupendous job of it! Inside, my wool socks are cooler to the touch when I take them off…but not wet. On the other extreme, I spent the holidays in Arizona and was comfortable both temperature-wise and with the terrain. I’m on my feet a large portion of the day as a driver and I appreciate the boots’ ability to be both extremely comfortable and transition from my vehicle to whatever happens to be underfoot outside. I’m not in the target tactical demographic but am certainly in the one that’s on their feet much of the day and tell everyone who comments on them to get check Thorogood out. I appreciate the construction quality; I’ve earned a couple of leather nicks so far but that’s what happens when you wear boots for their intended purpose.

As a last bit, I’m proud to wear these as an out-of-state Wisconsinite who supports union-centric businesses!

Very good boots until the fourth month then the right boot started giving me blisters. I will not be buying these boots again just bought another brand of boots to replace these.
